Renowned French artist born in Besancon, Pierre Bassard, made his debut in 1961 in Franche-Comté and in 1963 in Paris with the Group Hétéros. He was selected for the Fénéon Prize in Paris in 1966.
Since 1970, he produced numerous exhibitions both in Paris and the provinces and abroad.
